The flat is perfectly positioned to receive daylight all day, and it retains heat very well; I have never turned my heating on. The flat was refurbished before I moved in, so the walls and floor are perfectly fine: there are no holes or dents anywhere. Neighbours are pretty quiet, and the neighbourhood consists mostly of families since there are 2 primary schools nearby.
