Room is fully furnished.
You will have unlimited broadband & washing/cooking facilities. You will share kitchen/lounge & bathroom of which you are expected to keep clean & do your share of cleaning. There are several shops in the area which is well served by public transport into town.
A lodger will need to be respectful, clean & tidy. On top of bills, lodger will require to pay their own council tax & clor gas if wishing to use this.
You can expect mutual respect & a friendly, warm & quiet person who occasionally cooks.
A month's trail would be a good start & if it doesn't work out-no hard feelings.
