For those that don't know Shawlands, it offers a large range of shops on our doorstep, restaurants and supermarkets. We are situated only 5 minutes from Crosmyloof train station (a 6 minutes journey to Glasgow Central) and 5 minutes from Pollokshaws Road with many connecting bus routes to central Glasgow and beyond. 3 minutes walk to supermarkets (Co-op or Morrisons).

Full use of lounge and all facilities within this stylish flat although owners may require exclusive use of the lounge on occasion.

Superfast Fibre broadband and wall-mounted flat screen tv. Two double wardrobes and additional storage in the flat should it be required.
I can provide references of previous renters on request. I have made firm friends with them all .
