Looking for a new flatmate in a nice refurbished place in the heart of Shawlands.
It's a spacious first floor flat, in a good area, with shops just around the corner, as is Queens Park and is about 35-40 minute walk from Glasgow city centre or just a 5 minute walk from Crossmyloof railway station and a short one stop 6 minute train ride to Central Station.
*** Please note that this is NOT a STUDENT share. Sorry.
We are specifically looking for a long-term, full-time working person for single occupancy at this time only.
Our intention is to get notes of interest and then think about viewings in the new year after the break. So please pass on relevant details and we can take it from there to see if we have a good fit.

It's a good sized 3 bedroom flat with the MEDIUM sized double bedroom available for single occupancy to rent, as our flatmate is moving to the Netherlands with work. So currently, it is just myself, who is occasionally in Glasgow with work, but generally in Edinburgh and one other, Sofia. So the flat is mixed with one guy (although I'm not often there) and a one girl. (- Not a couple.)
The flat is furnished with good quality beds, couch, dining table, 55 inch 4K TV, microwave, fibre broadband, etc.
The medium-sized bedroom is available at £525 per month.
This includes normal bills as well as Council Tax. However, as you would expect, should excess bills occur, such as for excessive heating, then they’ll obviously need to be made good too.
The usual things will apply like ID, reference, deposit, etc.
I myself float between my native Glasgow and Edinburgh, so I won't be around much other than the odd weekend generally around once a month, depending on how work pans out. Looking for easy-going, clean, polite, professional, and responsible flatmates for the year - the longer the better.
To be clear, this is absolutely not a party flat, nor is it a student flat. Sorry. It's a home.
