This is a room to share with me in my own home. The accommodation is in a traditional Victorian flat situated in a very quiet street and very convenient for buses and train at Pollokshaws East. The flat is spacious and decorated in traditional style. Cooking is done in traditional pantry and dining /sitting room is in adjoining room. Person also has the sole use of this area after 6.30pm. Cleanliness and tidiness in communal areas after use is greatly appreciated. Kitchen and dining area to be left clean and tidy after use also shower area. Person will be responsible for cleaning communal area once every 2 weeks.
It is a quiet area and normal levels of noise will be appreciated for respect to neighbourhood. I would also appreciate if there are no overnight guests.
I am accustomed to catering for people having been in the hospitality business all my life. My hobbies are writing walking and music and I get on well with people of all ages,
age is not a barrier. The flat is convenient for hospital workers; No 34 from Shawlands Cross for Queen Elizabeth teaching Hospital and also 34 for New Victoria Hospital. Newly-opened Italian takeaway or sit-in cafe opposite the flat on Tassie Street.
