Flatmate wanted for Southside ground floor flat

Hello!

I'm renting out my spare room in my flat in Shawlands. I will add pictures asap. The flat itself is well presented and centrally located only a couple of minutes walk from crossmyloof station and bus routes.

I'm a pretty chatty person so if you're the kind of person who spends 90% of your time at home in your bedroom then I'm probably not for you. That said I do appreciate everyone's need for their own space and I'm not invasive, I would just like to make friends with my flatmate! I work Monday to Friday 8 - 5 and spend time with my friends whenever I can.

I have a cat called Arthur who will want to make friends with you so if that's ok with you then fab!

I should add that my living room is girly in how I have decorated so this flat might be more suited to a female. I also smoke but not in the flat. I had this ad up before but the timing wasn't right for a flatmate so I've put it back up now!
