All other bills are already included.

Shawlands has every amenity and shop you need. It’s a lively area with independent coffee shops, pubs, gyms and restaurants ran by locals on the doorstep, which gives the place a sense of community. It’s easy to commute to almost all parts of Glasgow with frequent bus and train services within 5 minutes’ walk.
