I’m looking for a lodger for my spare room in my first floor flat within the G32 postcode area.

Non smoking household.

Close to Carntyne train station and with city centre bus routes available close by, there is also shops and local amenities. It’s a 15 minutes walk to either Asda, Aldi or Tesco. Local entry to Tollcross park and 5 minutes walk to tollcross international swimming pool via the park or street.

Kitchen renovation started not fully completed but functional, balcony/veranda are due to be renovated at some point.

There is some storage space available at the property (on request and depending on how much is needed)
Double room is furnished.

Some bills are included.
(as maybe more for energy bill in winter months)

I like to keep a clean home, share the cleaning responsibilities of shared areas
I’m looking for a flatmate who is of a similar mindset with cleaning.

Clean, tidy and minimalistic no clutter. I like my home to be a calm, relaxing, tidy but still have a go with it lived in environment.
Fun fact: cooking not my strong point but I still try. I do have friends who feed me and keep me stocked up as and when required.

About me - a variety of genres of TV and film when I can. Love travelling when possible, long weekends away mostly in summer months. I also enjoy red wine, beer all while socialising and being with friends and family when possible.
I work 5 days a week, mix of start times, working late, working away from home and working from home with the random occasional working weekend. Happy to be sociable when can plus I know to give space.. happy go lucky person mostly. I run on 1 or 2 coffee a day instead of 20. I try for either a Saturday or a Sunday to be my day to myself mostly to recharge for the next week (not always possible).
Not a party pad!
Happy with a red wine or beer in summer on balcony have a chat, catch up or sit chill enjoy the sunshine and tune or headphones.
