Double Room - Shettleston

Hey!

I have a double room available from October when my current flatmate moves to Aberdeen for uni.

The room is furnished with a bed, matching bedside table with a built in wardrobe, currently there’s a desk and chair which may still be there when you get here but can be removed if need be. You will also basically have your own bathroom, I have an ensuite so unless there’s guests your bathroom is your own.

Guests are always welcome too, my pals will sometimes come to stay after nights out but that’s fairly rare, not an every weekend thing at all.

Location wise it’s perfect, 8 minutes on the train to QS from the station which is 5 minutes away, there’s a bus stop right outside the door too where you can get a bus to central every 10 minutes.

Tesco, Aldi and The Forge are all within walking distance as is Tollcross Park if you enjoy a wander.

About me:

I’m 33 and work full time Monday-Friday, I WFH on a Wednesday but otherwise I’m in the office.

I’m very easy going and I’m happy to either be social together and make it a home or I’m happy to respect each other’s privacy and coexist in a nice happy wee place.

I’m a lefty and a bisexual girl myself and so someone who is inclusive not just in words but in behaviour is absolutely essential. The flat is a safe space for everyone and I will not invite any bad vibes in.

I’ve lived here for 5 years now and have loved it, the neighbours are great, the wee shops etc are gorge and the bossman’s drinks are always cold.
