Double room for rent in G32

Hi,

I'm a professional gay guy living in the Springboig area of Glasgow. My best friend has recently moved out so looking for someone to take over her room. Room is decorated to high standard, fully furnished, mirror wardrobes etc. There is fibre optic broadband here and private off street parking. There are 2 bathrooms so you can literally have your own and since the picture was uploaded I have fitted a shower also.

I'm very easy going and have a great sense of humour. I see you as more than just a flatmate and want you to feel welcome and at home. The flat has a dining area and decorated to a high standard. I'm sociable and low maintainence , and looking for the same. The room will be available late September/beginning October.
