I’m renting out a double room for 1 person in the east end at 8 min train from Glasgow Queen Street. The flat is to share with 1 professional female, it’s fully refurbished and everything is new, nice and clean!

The room is spacious, cozy and very quiet, you will have a semi private bathroom with large shower and storage (semi private means that it will be used only when there are guests, so most of the time it will be private). Also there will be a private large counter fridge in the kitchen and all appliances, washing machine etc.

There is a lovely and spacious living room, with modern furniture in shabby chic style, at the moment there is also a tv with Netflix and Amazon prime included. There is internet connection and also a WiFi extender in the room for a better signal. Professionals will be very welcome. The flat is always very clean, so we expect that the future flatmate will help with cleaning common areas and the bathroom/room. Available from 13.10
