Double room to rent - Cat/Dog lovers only

I have one room to rent in my home in Shotts. It is located on a loan so no parking right outside the home but can park on the neighbouring road, Appin Terrance. It’s generally a quiet area. We have local shops and cashline nearby. The train station is less than 10mins walk with services to Edinburgh and Glasgow. No cable tv/TV license however I can make this available, if needed. The new house mate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months, a non smoker. No house parties permitted.

An animal lover is essential as have two cats and four dogs which is enough for one household, so I can't take anyone with pets. Things can get a little noisy, for example, when the dogs are playing or when coming home for the first few mins as they all get excited to see you, so if you're looking for an incredibly quiet place to live, this probably isn't the house for you. Two of the dogs are under one year old, so their training is still in progress.

The bedroom for rent doesn't have any furniture currently so it depends on the future lodgers circumstances. You can bring your own bed/furniture, if you have any. If not I can provide a bed etc.
