Living alone, in this economy?

Large room in a nice semi detached house built in 1935 (council tax band C), right next to the surprisingly lovely Springburn park with it's own garden and tons of parking space on the road outside.
The room has a big window facing the park, a couple of wardrobes for storage and a mirror. It currently has a couple of single beds pushed together, but these can be moved if you'd like to bring your own bed.
The house has two bathrooms/showers and a nice wee kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, fridge freezer etc.
The living room has comfy chairs, sofa and a dining table but more importantly a 55" HDTV with both Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5. I'm a pretty big video games nerd and do spend a lot of my time playing games or watching movies when I'm not working. If you're a gamer too you can feel free to use whichever console I'm not on! There's also an oldish 40"flatscreen and ps4 you could have in your room if you prefer.
I work as a voice actor for film, video games and ads, so I have a home studio upstairs (but I don't work in there late at night or early in the morning). On top of that I work logistics at the SEC and sometimes as an animal handler for film/TV so there may occasionally be pets around the place).

My interests are games (Uncharted 4, Cyberpunk 2077, Elden Ring), books (Red Rising, Terry Pratchett, The Name of the Wind), movies (John Wick, Thor Ragnarok, Lord of the Rings) and guitar (during daylight times, I like covering songs).
So yeah basically I'm a pretty chill, tidy sort of guy looking for someone i get on with to take the spare room.

All bills except electricity and heating are included. Half of the monthly payment is currently £35, so add that to the monthly rent for a total of £600
