Room for Rent in 2 bedroom Flat

Hello, for rent is a large double room for rent in a lower floor flat in Springburn. The room is 3.5x3.9m. It has a separate kitchen, bathroom, livingroom and ultility as well as garden.

Rent is £500 per month with bills included. We have superfast broadband all included.

You will be living with myself and my wife, I am a graduate engineer and occasionally work from home. My work is on a placement in Plymouth until March 2025 so will sometimes be home, other times she'll be away.

We have 2 cats, Frank and Nipsy. They are outdoor cats so come and go as they like. There is cat flaps in the house but not on your door so you can keep them out of your room if you want.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Springburn train station, its only a 5min train ride into Queen Street, and there are busses too. Shops are local with a B&M in the shopping centre and the Costco and Tesco near by too.

Room also comes with a huge jar of free plumb jam, need the jar back though.

Move in date for the room is the 23/1/25. Ideally looking for viewings between the 23/12/24 and the 12/1/25
