The Flat is on the 3rd floor with balcony and some views of the Campsie hills (lovely sunsets) and is a 5 min walk to Stepps station (14 min train to Glasgow) and in sight of a regular bus to Glasgow. and also next door to Bannatynes Gym, and walking distance to Golf It Range, supermarket, pharmacy and surgery and a couple of pubs.


I don't require anyone to be immaculately tidy but just to have good personal hygiene and general respect for others and their work hours.
