The Flat is on the 3rd floor with balcony and some views of the Campsie hills (lovely sunsets) and is a 5 min walk to Stepps station (14 min train to Glasgow Queen St) and also next door to Bannatynes Gym, Crowwood Golf Range and walking distance to supermarket, pharmacy and surgery and a couple of pubs.


I don't require anyone to be immaculately tidy but just to have good personal hygiene and general respect for others. .
