The room is facing the back of the building where the sun rises. Its furnished with a King Size bed(sheets can be provided), Wardrobe and Chest of drawers. There is also a desk and chair which can stay there or go and a clothes airer.

The room is all white, can be re-painted if you will plan to stay long term. Entry doors to the room have some damage and that's being repaired.

Council tax is included within the cost of rent. The extra charge on top of it is £75p/m(gas, electricity and internet). 3min walk to the bus stop. Aprox. 40min to city centre by bus. 15min by car. Local shops nearby.

I'm a working professional and run my own business. I'm a gamer, sometimes watch some box sets or a movie. Enjoy going out for a coffee and occasional drink. I'm a pretty chill person to chat with and a good listener. I seem to get along much better with females and so that’s the preference although males will be considered. I would like to live with someone who would like to socialise and do things together rather than just hide in their room.

I would like to meet the potential flatmate for a chat in the flat first. There are house rules and there will be a writen contract signed by both parties if everything is agreed. Don’t be shy and say hi.
