Bright Single Room in Glasgow's Southside G46

We're a married couple with a spare single room available in the southside of Glasgow. The room is fully furnished with a desk, kettle, and plentiful storage.

The property has a shared living room, shared garden, and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. It is situated right next to a library and within a ten minute walk of beautiful Rouken Glen Park. There are also two train stations, Thornliebank and Kennishead, within 10 and 15 minute walks respectively. We have access to a private side street for parking.

We're both in our mid-twenties and work full time. We love hiking and being outdoors but also quiet nights in just reading or playing board games. We're both Christians and attend church regularly.

Ideally we're looking for someone of similar age and temperament as ourselves, and not too loud - especially later in the evening.

Note that all utility bills, WIFI and council tax costs are included.
