Spare room for rent

I am a 29 year old professional who has a busy work schedule in healthcare. I like to relax on my spare time but also love a glass of gin and watching movies or going out for a night out when I can. I have a friend or 2 over now and again, usually before nights out but sometimes visits. I also have family visit now and again but you’re always welcome to join in with us! The flat has 2 bedrooms, a good sized kitchen and living room and a shared bathroom. There is never any trouble with neighbours everyone lives happily. I like the place clean and tidy but not in a strict manner, messes can be made as long as we clear it up. You can decorate your space however you like! I am a relaxed person and your friends and family are also welcome in the flat :)
All bills included apart from food and drinks, if we like the same things we could split our shopping or you can do your own thing, I'm easy!
