Single room, cottage, East End

Single room to rent...
The house is a cottage in the city, its Victorian so quite old, it’s peaceful and particular bonuses are the garden and a multi-burning stove, there is also a good amount of shared space. The room is a single with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and fold-away small table & chair. All bills are included in the price, including a tv license and monthly contributions towards cleaning products.
Its in Tollcross which is pretty quiet and residential, the street is right next to the park (with a farm) and 5min walk from the Olympic sized swimming pool when open. There is a supermarket 10min walk away and a library just around the corner. For transport Carntyne is the nearest station just 10min walk away & less then 10mins on train to Queens St. There are also a number of frequent buses on Tollcross & Shettleston Rd. M74 and M8 are both close, there is parking on street outside.
You would be sharing with myself (the house owner) and Amy, who also rents a room. I am working from home at the moment in community arts. Its a chilled house, we are both into arty/crafty stuff and getting out into nature when things brighten up. We are both friendly but enjoy & appreciate our own space. You would also be sharing with Bonnie, a little, lively & friendly Springer Spaniel.
We are hoping for a housemate that is nice, clean, relaxed and appreciates their own space too.
