The property is an end-of-terrace house with a private garden. You'll have full occupancy of bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and both front and back gardens. The house is fully furnished. The bedroom has large storage behind the 3 x mirrors in bedroom picture. On-street parking is available. The house is in a quiet and friendly court with mostly homeowner neighbors. Good transport links to the city centre.

Pets welcome! Enjoy the smart TV and outdoor BBQ in the garden. I prefer someone who allocates reasonable time to help keep the place clean, with a flexible weekly cleaning schedule. The only important rule is being a dedicated recycler and environmentally conscious, including being mindful of bills and conserving energy (e. g., turning off lights). All bills, including council tax, are included.
