Quiet and cosy room in shared house with garden

Hi there! Renting out my second bedroom on a more regular basis (after using it for mostly family and friends and Air BnB.)

The property is a 2 bedroom end of terrace house with enclosed, private garden. You will have full use of your room, the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and garden (front and back) and there is on-street parking. The house is located within a quiet and friendly court, most neighbours are homeowners. There are good transport links into the city center (20 mins by bus.)

I occupy the second bedroom and study/work part-time. My desk is located in my room so that's where I am most of the time right now!

About me: a friendly easy-going person who is equally happy to socialise or to leave you to it! I like a balanced life of fun mixed with chilling out. I'd ideally like someone who is also easy-going and happy with the occasional evenings I have my friends round for dinner (which you would be welcome to join!) I also don't mind if you want to have friends over or the occasional person stay - one of the sofas in the living room is a sofa bed :)

Pets are welcome! There is a smart TV with a Nintendo Switch which you are welcome to use and a bbq with outdoor seating in the garden for warmer evenings. The only really strong rule that I have is that you must be a militant recycler like me lol. Any questions feel free to get in touch!
