A spacious double room is available in a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat on London Road. The flat includes a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom, with plenty of parking available at the property.

The room features a large built-in wardrobe, a new double bed and mattress, and a bedside drawer. The flat is well-connected, with excellent local transport links on London Road, providing easy access to all parts of Glasgow.

I am new to Glasgow, having moved here in July 2024.

Rent includes all bills and amenities, including a TV, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, and WiFi.

There is a cat in the property as well, who is very friendly and shy.

There is a Lidl supermarket a 7-minute walk from the flat, and Baynes is just a 5-minute walk away. We are also close to The Forge retail park.

Ideally looking for a young professional or a mature student (preferably medics or dentists) and someone from a Muslim background.
