Double Bedroom and Own Bathroom

Needing a new flatmate later on this year (current flatmate is moving back home) Large double bedroom with a bed and built in wardrobe. My bedroom has an ensuite so the main bathroom will be all yours! Current tenancy due to end mid October. Letting agency have specified that credit check will be necessary (sorry) and will need to be provided by the beginning of August. This is a lovely flat, great transport links into city centre and plenty of local amenities. I'm a tidy, considerate flatmate and I'm looking for someone similar.
