The flat is on the second floor accessed by a common stair well and has electronic entry system. The room advertised is one large double with ensuite. The flat is within walking distance of the train station, only 1 stop to Glasgow central. Also within a short walk to Bothwell castle. Very close to local amenities. Clean and tidy. Warm and friendly flat mate respectful of others space. Happy to chat and share the odd meal if required, even go for a pint now and then. Someone requiring to work from home would have plenty of free space to do so. As i am a professional civil engineer and can spent time away from the flat on many occasions. The flat is quiet and the neighbours friendly.
