I am looking for a clean, friendly female housemate to move in at the start of Feb.

Train station 7-minute drive away with frequent direct line to Glasgow Central (30 minutes). Less then 30 minute drive to Glasgow city centre.

Lots of living space with shared bathroom, living room, dining room, conservatory/sitting area, kitchen and garden.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an inbuilt wardrobe (shown in pictures). Extra set of drawers and bookshelf is available on request.

Non student occupants – council tax bill cost added.
