Room is fully furnished (with desk), clean and bright. Transport links are good. 15mins walk into town and tubes and buses are close. M8 is literally 7 mins drive down the road. Right by the canal which is a lovely walk, although I love Byres Road, and it's not far either. Or there is Kelvingrove park which is a 12min walk.
The neighbours are great, all are professionals and really accommodating if you need help.
It is £690/pcm (including all bills - superfast BT broadband, Gas/Electricity, telephone line rental, TV License, and stair and elevator cleaning). You'd add a share of the BAND C council tax on that as a professional of £81.09/month taking the total to £771/month.)
