Hiya! We are looking for a new flatmate in our 4 bedroom HMO flat in Finnieston, West End. Please read our entire ad before inquiring as it covers most FAQs :)

TENANCY START DATE: May 1

RENT: £575
(Rent is paid on the last day of every month for the following month)

Note that due to the change in tenancy, rent will increase to £600 beginning in August 2026.

DEPOSIT: £600

THE ROOM:
Double bedroom furnished with double bed, sofa, chest of drawers, coffee table, side table, desk + desk chair.
Our current tenant is also willing to sell her wardrobe to the next tenant if desired (not pictured)

THE FLAT:
The flat is in a great location – ground floor in a tenement building steps away from Kelvingrove park, 10 minutes to UoG, minutes away from tesco/sainsbury’s, and 10 minutes from lidl. There is a bus stop located directly across the street and the nearest train station (Exhibition Centre) is an 8 minute walk. All rooms are double glazed. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, stovetop, oven, and fridge. Everything in the common areas of the flat is communal.

COUNCIL TAX:
We would prefer to live with other professionals, but we are open to living with students, as well. Council tax is split between non-student tenants.

YOUR FLATMATES:
Sage is a Climate Justice PhD student at Glasgow Caledonian University, Keren is working at UoG, and Sandra works at Strathclyde.
It’s important to us that our household is considerate, communicative, and supportive. We love to chat, but also respect each other’s space. Our house is LGBTQ+ friendly!

PARKING:
Available with permit.

BILLS:
Bills total around £100 per quarter. We have a newly installed smart meter that is paid quarterly, WiFi and shared costs are paid monthly.
Internet: £11/month per person
Utilities: ~£30/month per person
Shared costs: ~£5/month per person for shared resources like cleaning supplies and kitchen staples
