Student en-suite room in Hyndland House, west end

Hi everyone, I am looking for subletting my en-suite room in Hyndland House, 10 Keith St, Partick (search Hyndland House in Google and you find Derwent Students website). This private accommodation is for students. The starting date is from 06/01/2024 to 06/07/2024, which is 26 weeks, and each week is 180 GBP plus 250 GBP deposit (I got my deposit back last year completely). The payment is in 2 installments, one 3240 GBP and second one is 1440 GBP. All bills included, free Wi-Fi, shared kitchen with almost everything u will need, laundry facilities, etc. It is 10-15 mins to Glasgow University and 5 mins to the subway (I studied at the University of Strathclyde, and from the subway to Strath was about 10 mins in the subway and about 7 mins walking). Moreover, 5 minutes from the train station and Tesco is literally on the other side of the street. (Lidl and Morisons are 5 mins far).
