Double bedroom in a cozy West End flat

Hello! I'm looking for a flatmate to come join me in my cozy 2-bed flat on Great George Street. The flat is located just opposite Smug Cafe and it's a stones throw from Hillhead subway & the University of Glasgow. My current flatmate is moving for work at the start of August (</3).

The flat has two bedrooms, (one larger and one smaller). I pay a little less in rent and occupy the smaller room. There's a shared bathroom and a spacious living room that looks out onto Great George Street (perfect for people watching which I do regularly)

I've just graduated from GCU and I'm currently working part-time, so it's a very laid back & relaxing space. My ideal flatmate is someone who is kind, honest and at least somewhat tidy. If you're into pop culture, video games, horror or everything all at once- you're in luck! i would love to yap about it <3
