-10 mins walk from Glasgow Uni, 2 min walk from Kelvin Bridge Subway, 15 min walk to Sauchiehall St.

-Private Community Garden.

-Bills around 70/80 pm

-Shared Living Room (I have a desk in the front of the living room which you are welcome to use for work etc.) Xbox, TV, 2 large sofas and some guitars, coffee table, books, large indoor plants etc.

-kitchen with 4x gas hob, microwave, fan oven, coffee machine, washing mashing kettle etc. with everything pretty much provided, but feel free to bring stuff too if you prefer.

-bathroom has medium sized shower, tumble dryer, toilet, plenty of storage space for cleaning stuff, towels and a cactus, etc.

-Bedroom has 2 large drawers and 2 large storage boxes for clothes. Bed + mattress if required, lamp, bedside table and skylight with view of church and private garden. With plenty plug sockets etc.

-flat is on 2nd floor with 2 families as downstairs neighbours, who you won't hear from unless you go looking for them.

-basement for additional storage with key for security.
