Big room in student flat

I am in the process of moving out this flat and am looking for someone to take over my room.

The flat is situated in Finnieston, about a 10minute walk to Glasgow University and 15 minutes to get to Sauchiehall Street. It’s in a brilliant location, with a big Lidl nearby and plenty of pubs and cafes surrounding.

The room is part of a 4 bed flat, with the 3 other rooms occupied by female students. There is a preference for another student to join the flat for council tax reasons. The flat has a kitchen with table and sofa in for socialising, a shared bathroom, 4 bedrooms and a decent size storage cupboard. The girls that live in the flat are all very nice and friendly so looking for someone they can get along with.
The room is the converted living room and so is a very big room with lots of space and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, sofa, chair and desk! Gets loads of natural light and has been such a lovely space for me the past 4 years.

Rent is £500pm with a £500 deposit required. Bills are roughly £50 but gas/electric will definitely go up in winter months. Rent and bills are paid out on the 10th of each month but as I am in the process of moving out, I will be paying half of September’s rent (£250) until my move in date for my new flat just to make it more fair. Move in date is a bit flexible, just waiting to hear back about my new place.
