Hi there, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy. A professional who would keep the space clean. Current flatmate is an Indian girl and a vegetarian, so females and vegetarians would be preferred.
Council tax is band D. The room is furnished with a bed, matress, 2 bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a cupboard, all brand new. I have bought a new table for the room and would be willing to sell it for cheap or even leave it if my new place can’t fit it (photo attached).
Location is great. 5 mins from Kelvinbridge Subway Station and bus stops just 2 mins away from the place.
It’s 15 mins to Byres Road.
