Hello :) We are three students looking for a fourth person to join us in our spacious, well located flat in the Glasgow west end

The room:
- A comfortable double room, furnished with a bed, desk & chair, and wardrobe.
- Plenty of natural light and a cosy atmosphere.
- Additional storage space is also available

The Flat:
- Fantastic location with maryhill Tesco extra at our front door and a bus stop with frequent services to the city centre - perfect for quick access to Strathclyde and Caledonian universities.
- A 15m walk to Hillhead subway station, and a 20m walk to the University of Glasgow campus.
- Close to both the West End and Maryhill, with lots of local amenities like shops, cafes, and parks

About us:
We are a mix of English Literature, Immunology, and Applied Psychology students, studying at Glasgow and Caledonian universities. We’ve lived in this flat for over a year and love it here. We’re all friendly, easy-going, and enjoy hosting friends, music, and relaxing after a busy day of study. We’re looking for a friendly considerate flatmate to take over tenancy for the fourth room in the flat, as our current flatmate is going abroad.
