Flatshare in a quiet, green neighbourhood

Hello!

We're looking for a new flatmate to share our cosy flat with. The room is £570 for full-time students and £595 for professionals. This includes the council tax and all bills.

We live in a quiet, green part of Kelvindale, right next to the River Kelvin and the canal. Glasgow Uni is a 15-minute cycle (or 30-minute walk) away, and the big Tesco in Maryhill is just a 5-minute ride. Please note that bus links aren't the best.

We are looking for someone who is tidy, considerate and enjoys community (we like to see people who we live with and maybe have dinner together sometimes). Our flat is warm, the room is fully furnished (you're free to decorate!), we have a big, well-equipped kitchen and a TV with Netflix. The room has a decently sized walk-in wardrobe.

Ideally, you'd move in on 1st Feb but since we have an extra spare room and our current flatmate is mostly away you could move in earlier if absolutely necessary (at a reduced rate).

Kathrin works from home for the UKHSA as an Epidemiologist. Danko is doing a master’s in Cognitive Science and AI. Our interests include hiking, being out in nature, good books, cooking tasty food, combat sports, mindfulness and Latin dance (salsa and bachata).
