The Glasgow Ballet Apartments

The Ballet School is a quiet, safe and well-located student accommodation in Glasgow’s West End. It is ideally situated between the city centre and the University of Glasgow, making it very convenient for both study and daily life.
The main University of Glasgow campus is around a 15-minute walk away, while the School of Education is only about 5 minutes on foot. There are two nearby subway stations, Kelvinbridge and St George’s Cross, both within approximately 5 minutes’ walking distance. A bus stop is also located right outside the accommodation.
Daily shopping is very convenient, with Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Waitrose all within a 15-minute walk. The surrounding area also offers a wide range of restaurants, cafés and other local amenities.
For parcel collection, residents need to collect deliveries from the neighbouring Willowbank accommodation. However, it is just next door and separated only by a wall, so it is still very convenient.
Please note that this room is available to students only. The sublet period is from 15 June 2026 to 21 August 2026. If you would like to extend the tenancy, please contact the accommodation team directly. I will make sure the room is cleaned and left in good condition before moving out.
As this is a sublet, there will be a £50 administration fee and a £99 cleaning fee under the accommodation’s contract process. I will cover the £50 administration fee. If possible, I would appreciate it if we could share the cleaning fee together. Thank you for your understanding.
The only minor drawback is that the building does not have a lift, but the accommodation has only three floors, so this is generally manageable. Overall, this is a comfortable and convenient option for students looking for accommodation in Glasgow’s West End.
