Short term let. Double room available!

Double room is available in a modern flat near St George's Cross underground for a short term let. The flat has one professional female living in it. It would be for a stay of max 2 months!
The new tenant would have more or less sole use of the bathroom with overhead shower and a separate storage room next to the bedroom with wardrobe etc. There are all mod cons, washing machine, dishwasher . Gas central heating. There is a small spare bedroom for use if guests come. The rent is £400 per month which includes council tax and TV licence. The other bills are for gas and electricity and wifi and vary throughout the year. There is parking outside the flat. The flat is well situated about 15 mins from the centre. Please no students.
