Female flatmate wanted for unfurnished double room

Hi, I'm Alex! I'm a student currently looking for a new flatmate for a lovely wee flat located in the Yoker area.

I'd preferably like another woman to share with, and someone studying so council tax bills aren't an issue. We do get a 25% discount but you will be required to pay the full council tax bill if you apply for the flat whilst in full-time work.

The flat has every amenity already, and the bedroom is the only place unfurnished. It's great for public transport with a bus stop across the road and Yoker train station 7 minutes walk away. There's also a big Lidl 5 minutes away for shopping too, and there's onstreet parking available with a car park round back if you have one.
