This house has been refurbished to a high standard, with new fitted kitchen including range cooker, washing machine, large fridge freezer, pots and pans and utensils. There is a lovely lounge area with, sofas and TV and a breakfast bar.

All rooms are fully furnished to a high standard even including pictures, curtains and accessories! There is a cleaner and all bills are included.
Each room has been tastefully decorated with attention to detail and all rooms have a sink for convenience.

The ideal tenant will be working and will like their own space but want to live as part of a community. They will be clean and tidy and appreciate nice surroundings.

There is no deposit. Rent is one month in advance.
