This house definitely has the wow factor. No expense has been spared in creating a high class shared living experience. All rooms are en suite with high quality finishes. The bedrooms are all huge with lots of natural light and lots of space to give you a lovely, light, airy room that you will be proud of.

Rooms are all furnished with double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table and lamp. Bathrooms have shower, sink and toilet.

The kitchen is two tone grey with black appliances consisting of range cooker, washing machine, freezer, larder fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a wall mounted TV and table and chairs.

All bills are included including fibre broadband. Couple are welcome but there will be an extra £100 per month rent.
