A very clean, tidy and inviting home with bills included (except telephone). Use of all kitchen facilities, including washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer with use of the garden. Wi-Fi broadband available.

My previous tenants have stayed over 2 years each and have been very comfortable staying with me and thanked me for making them feel welcome and a home from home space.

I am a professional, working from home with a daughter who has a lot of activities so we are out of the house a lot. We also have a cavapoochon dog, Harvey, who is hypoallergenic as my daughter is allergic and she had been absolutely fine and he doesn’t smell!

Although my preference was to let the room Monday - Friday, I wouldn’t mind 7 days per week for the right person. If 7 days is required cost per month is £550 per calendar month.

Non smoker and no pets please please.
