I'm a professional mature woman, home owner, who works for a local GP practice and also for Extended Access working some evenings and weekends.
I have a double room available with wardrobe, drawers, smart TV, fibre broadband and sole use of a separate small study/lounge area with table, dining chair and a comfy chair with foot stool, second wall mounted smart TV, the kitchen is shared with myself and you will have your own cupboards. In the downstairs utility room you have your own fridge freezer, toilet and sink, the bathroom is shared with myself and there is a shared washing machine in the downstairs utility room, I also have a garden which can be used if wanted.
Located in Ansdell with a good selection of local shops, Ansdell train station and bus route. Few minutes walk from sea front.
All bills are included.
