Room in Shared House

Hi.

I have rooms to rent in large Victorian house, two streets back from the promenade in Arnside.

Arnside is 20 minutes by car from Lancaster 15 minutss from the M6 and Kendal. There is a train station 5 minutes walk from the house.

Arnside is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the coast surrounded by farmland National Trust land.

The house is for people who wish to live quietly and amicably together.

Drinking and noise will not be tolerated.

There is a mix of rooms, large doubles with sea views, a medium double and smaller singles.

There is off road parking for three cars.

There is a communal kitchen, dining room, bathroom, showers and toilets and a lovely patio over looking the Lake District hills and sea.

The communal areas are cleaned weekly.
