I am looking for a room mate to live in my house. I am offering the master bedroom with en-suite and access to the living room, kitchen, dining area, drive and garden! This will be a partly furnished property and is really close to J25 of the M6. The area is very quiet, well maintained and the neighbours are fantastic.

I am happy to have a further conversation and answer any questions you may have. Please note that references and a deposit will be required prior to the right person moving in. The deposit is £800 due to the house being less than 12 months old. It is available to move into straight away and due to me working away a lot, you’d have the place to yourself most of the time.
