Confortable And Cheap Room

We are a young married couple, we are looking for a person who meets our expectations to be able to rent the room, we are friendly, hardworking, calm and with very good vibes.
The room is located on the second floor, it is composed of a very comfortable double bed, a 52" TV, a nightstand with a lamp and a closet, the room is quite bright.
on the second floor is the bathroom and the main room.
The house has a living room, kitchen and patio.
In the rental price all bills are included (water, electricity, gas and wifi faster market speed).
The house is located 10 minutes walk from the train, bus and tranfe station, we have supermarkets such as ASDA and Tesco only 3 minutes away, there are hospitals and pharmacies 2 minutes away as well as grocery stores, car wash, barber shops , hairdressers and parks.
