Double room with easy commute to Liverpool

Hi there, I have a double room in my house available to rent, less than 10 mins walk from Town Green station, so perfect for anyone in need of an easy commute to Liverpool.

The house has 4 bedrooms (one converted to a study) and is in a quiet cul-de-sac and plenty of space on the drive to park. It has two living rooms and two bathrooms upstairs (one is an en-suite to my bedroom so you would pretty much sole use of the main bathroom). There is a video doorbell and cctv. The house has recently been completely re-decorated.

The room has a double bed, mattress, bedside cabinets and double wardrobe with integrated chest of draws. All furniture is brand new.

A bit about me, I'm 36, friendly, sociable and very considerate. I like playing sport, spending time with friends and baking. I'm looking for someone who I can get along with, who is chilled out, enjoys a bit of a giggle. I’m not a stickler about cleaning but I’d like to live with someone who keeps the communal areas reasonably clean and tidy.

Unfortunately I can’t accept smokers. I have 2 cats
