A Couple is £600 PCM or a single person it is £475 PCM, I work days and nights, so sometimes I won't be present. Ideally looking for a person of mature character. I don't ever have guests around much so you will get a lot of quiet time and privacy and you will only see me sometimes, as I'm on night shifts and away on leisurely weekends. I'm a seasoned live in landlord. This is a nice positive place to live and the rules are extremely relaxed, we operate on trust. The only rule is zero tolerance for smoking in the property and that's it.
