Use of main house kitchen and bathroom
Available for short term rent Monday to Friday as would want on weekends for extended family visiting. Happily to do week by week arrangements depending on work etc.
I will not accept smokers or vape users due to health conditions and do not want that around my son.
Property is myself and a 10 year old so references must be provided due to sharing the main house.
