We’re in the final stages of confirming the tenancy and looking for a housemate to join us.

We've estimated this will be around £150 monthly, per person. Approximately:

Council Tax - £85 (band G)
Electricity - £30
Water - £15
Broadband - £10
Fortnightly/Monthly Cleaner (tbc) - £10

Therefore we expect the total monthly cost to be around £525.

We all have our own lives and routines, and between us we’ve spent most of our adult lives living in house shares around the country. We're pretty relaxed, respectful, and used to shared living.

It’s a calm and comfortable place to live — not a party house, just somewhere respectful and relaxed.
