Room for rent in 3 bedroom house

Due to unexpected circumstances, I am offering my spare room for rent in the quaint town of Barnoldswick. Posting this to see if there’s much interest!
The house is just a short, 5 minute walk into the town centre, with a double driveway and a south-facing garden.
The house is three-storeys, and the room available is the double attic bedroom, with a private ensuite with a w/c and shower - images attached. There is a living room on the ground floor that you can use at your leisure, as I will be using the second floor’s spare bedroom as my living area. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the living room has a corner sofa and television unit. I spend some weekends away, so you will have some nights by yourself in the privacy of your company.
I have a small chihuahua, but she is very friendly and loving. Although I would prefer no pets, I’m not closed off to the idea- mostly depends upon its size and demands.
