Young working professionals seeking double room

Seeking a mature, friendly, clean and tidy person to join our home.
Suitable for a young professional in the area for work purposes.

We currently have 2 double rooms empty; due to Covid working circumstances of previous lodgers who no longer require to be in the area. While empty, both rooms have been redecorated/revamped, alongside the kitchen and lodger bathroom.

At home there is myself and Jonny, we have had lodgers throughout our time living here, and sharing the house is totally normal to us. We spend little time at home, as we are both busy with our businesses/jobs, the house space is just wasted on the two of us.

The let includes full use of the rest of the house, apart from the front room which we keep private for ourselves. I allow and expect people to make themselves at home, this includes having visitors- they are welcome. We have our own en-suite so the bathroom is only shared between the two let rooms. There is a shed out the back, for storage should you need, and a small yard. Parking is street only, but with the house full, none of us have never had a problem in getting a space.
