Looking to rent my spare room out, preferably mon-fri but will consider all and amend the price accordingly. I live in a 3 bed detached house with a garden. Free parking out the front or on the drive. I have 2 children who are only living with me 50% of the time. My son is nearly 1 and daughter is 3. They are in nursery all week and home 5pm bed for 7pm then we are out most weekends (I only have them one weekend on one weekend off).
